Get a good leave in conditioner or deep conditioner, and if you heat style your hair I would tell you to get a heat defense spray for when you style it. :) Both are cheap at a drug store.

get your ends trimmed a little if you can, chances are if your hair is dry the ends are not helping it. then try a hot oil treatment, if not then use a deep conditioner and be consistent with it.

other things, do you use a water softener? if you're not sure, start. because OMFG, softer water works wonderrrs on your hair in the shower, and combined with pantene's smooth line (the bottle with the green), you're lookin' at some smoother hair.

if you style your hair a lot with heat, the stuff suggested will help, but not epically. be easy on your hair, and use like, CHI serum, smells like men's cologne but it wears off in a few hours, and it protects your hair while making it really nice and silky.

good luck!! :)

like everyones else said get a leave in conditioner and a deep conditioner

put the leave in right after you shower, and the deep conditioner one day a week for however long. Another useful tip is to even leave your normal conditioner in for a little longer. like shampoo your hair first then put in conditioner and leave that in while your washing your body be sure to rinse after !. Also try to not even use heat for a while if possible :)

okay, this may sound weird..

but Horse shampoo and conditioner!

its shampoo/conditioner used for horses manes.. and it helps your hair grow stronger, shinier, and longer faster.

but no joke, and it isnt expensive either.
