2. When studying have a break every hour - Don't over work yourself, it is actually recommended that you have small intervals regulary.
3. Go for a jog or play some sport before study or exams - By doing this your stimulating your body and your brain is 'warmed up' and will better retain the information gained by studying.
6. Make motivation - Motivate yourself to study, reward yourself after you study perhaps by buying something nice for yourself or treating yourself to chocolate :)
10. Work in 'your' space - Study in a place you feel you can get the work done although make sure its away from noise, distraction and is in a well lit enviroment. Also music might help, I find I can study better if I have music playing.
