Hi , My name is Felicity. I'm 17 and in my last year of high school. When I finish school I want to be a nurse , I have a passion for animals, music, fashion and helping others :).
I live with my mom and my sister and brother (of whom I adore). My sister has an account on her name is Jazzy17, feel free to add her or me. I love meeting new people and making new friend but if your a weirdo or a pervert go away. I don't tolerate that crap. I'm generally a bright bubbly retarded person but when I get angry I would stand back.

I like: Twilight, True Blood, The Vampire Diaries, Vampires (not a freaky obsession), beaches, tropical fish, horses, animals, friends, family, forests, night and smiles.
Theres not many I things I dislike except: Nasty people, white rice. gravy and feet.

Feel free to add me :)

The best ways to beat exam stress!

  1. Okay guysss. Considering I have exams next week I thought I'd post a blog on how to beat exam stress! I particularly panic and get stressed around this time of year and its quite common but here are some things i found help me in the lead up to exams. Im also going to try blogging more often :) Good luck

  3. 1. Start studying well before the exam. - If you do your study you'll be able to understand the context in the exam.

2. When studying have a break every hour  - Don't over work yourself, it is actually recommended that you have small intervals regulary.

3. Go for a jog or play some sport before study or exams - By doing this your stimulating your body and your brain is 'warmed up' and will better retain the information gained by studying.

  2. 4. Focus on understanding the concepts rather than mugging. - If you cannot study at ALL or you don't know how to then don't waste your time trying to understand one thing and not get the rest of your revision/study done, just try to understamd the basic concepts.

  3. 5. Think about the time after the exam. Visualize the happiness on your face that the stress period is now over. This works for me. I actually have plans for the weekend after my exam so Im looking forward to that after my exam week :)

6. Make motivation - Motivate yourself to study, reward yourself after you study perhaps by buying something nice for yourself or treating yourself to chocolate :)

  1. 7. Keep telling yourself that your hard-work will not go to waste.- Because it wont! Because you've studied you'll (hopefully) do good in your exams!

  3. 8. If you are afraid of tough questions, it helps to know that most questions are of average difficulty and designed to be answered correctly by most examinees. - The truth is if they made all the exam questions hard no one would pass, just make sure you do your study and you should be okay.

  4. 9. Designate a "study buddy", a classmate who is an expert in a subject you have trouble in, that you can come to with questions.- This actually works, if you dont understand something your friend or study buddy could help you to. This might not be for you though I actually prefer to study alone.

10. Work in 'your' space - Study in a place you feel you can get the work done although make sure its away from noise, distraction and is in a well lit enviroment. Also music might help, I find I can study better if I have music playing.

  1. 11. Get plenty of sleep. It's way more stressful to memorize lots of information or comprehend complicated concepts on less than 6 hours sleep.

  2. 12 . Eat healthy food, since it's often easier to function on nutritious food than junk. While sugar might be a quick source of energy, sugar lows happen pretty fast and the let-down can often be severe.

  3. 13.  Exercise, Physical exercise like running, jogging, skipping for 15-20 mins everyday will make you feel stress free and mentally fit - Stimulates your brain so its ready to recieve the information from study.

  5. 14. While taking notes, use as many diagrams, graphs and figures and illustrations as possible. This helps to make several revisions at the last moment!

  6. 15. On the day of the exam, feel happy! Think positive and keep cool! Good luck!
