Getting energy to workout

I would like to do some sort of workout on a daily basis and everyday I find it a struggle to get in the mood to exercise.  I think the best way to do this is to start doing things that you like first and foremost.  It's much easier to stick with an exercise routine if you enjoy it rather than dread the activity every day.

I like to do Wii Fit Plus exercise, it's fun and easy and you don't even notice your exercising, that goes for Wii's Dance 2, you would not believe how much of a workout dancing around is!

Lastly, one great way to tone up and get in shape is with 3 or 5 pound weights.  A little 20 minute weight routine is great for defining your body and the best part is, your body is still burning calories even when you are at rest!

Keep fit, and have fun doing it!
