Getting your scene cut

Okay so a lot of people want their hair cut 'scene'. More than half the time they have no idea how to do that, so they have to go all over the internet and post 8 thousand questions about how to get a scene cut. So I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to get a scene cut.

First your going to need  your hair trimmed to take out the dead ends [[duh]]. Then ask for a fringe. Any kind of fringe you want, there is no specific 'scene' fringe. Next you will need it layered. When you ask them to layer your hair they are only going to layer the bottom part, well if you plan on teasing your hair [[check out my other blog: 7 steps to great scene hair, for a step by step procedure for teasing and styling your hair scene!]] then you are defos going to need some short layers on top. So ask for them. If you want long or medium length scene hair then don't get them very short [[only like 6-7 inches [[12-14 cm]] or else it will look stupid. If you do plan on getting short hair then get your layer accordingly.

Next you will need your hair thinned. If your hair is naturally thick then you want to get it super thinned, and then you want to get it thinned every 2-3 months after that. If your hair is naturally thin, then just skip this whole part.

After it has been layered [[both long and short]], and thinned, you need to have it razored. Tell your hairdresser you want it razored enough to give an edgy look, they'll know how much needs to be razored.

After you have completed all of this, you are ready to go. :] Scene hair is very simple. Most girls already have a scene cut and don't even know it! [[that would have been me, like my whole life lol]].

If you need to know how to style your hair scene or how to tease check out my other blog, 7 steps to great scene hair. :]

     Peace, and Love....Sarina xxx
