Water is the secret to almost anything. We need it, that´s it. we can´t survive without it. Without water we´ll become like raisins, and who wants to look like a raisin?!? And still people drink too little of it. 5-8 glasses a day is the rule. And no, it´s not ok to drink juice, coce or coffee instead. Actually coffe takes water from you, coffee makes you dry (says I, and I´m a coffee addict...). If you drink a lot of coffee you´ll need a glass of water extra to each cup of coffee you drink.
With enough of water you´ll get better skin, your whole body will feel better and you can say bye to headache, bad mood and dry/fat skin. at least it´ll help a lot. Sometimes I put a slice of lemon, lime, mango, cucumber or whatever I have got at home for the moment. It gives the water that little extra touch. And I bought a really cute bottle, superpimped, for the water I´ll bring if I´m out somewhere. Here is an article about the importance of drinking water.

*Pimp your bottle. Use glitterstones, or make it cute with pics, or paint it yourself.
*A bubblebath is THERAPY! There´s nothing better...especially with a bathbomb from LUSH , candles in the bathroom, music and LUSH dreamcream.
