When an automobile manufacturer recalls a large percentage of it's quality cars due to some malfunction or design flaw, the overall value of that car and the company suffers. Deliver the best product or service and people will talk about it to everyone they know. Deals and discounts don't count for much. Making the best product or providing the best service counts in this age of the world-wide web.

Before going into or starting a business, decide form the outset to provide the best quality product or service. Based on that commitment, create a marketing message that accurately and positively describes the product or service provided. Each day, renew that commitment to excellence, even trying to raise the bar with every new product line or service performed.
