Healthy eating

Ok, so if you're reading this, then either you want to learn to control your eating or you just wanna know how to eat healthy, or you're just bored and have nothing better to do. (It's ok if that's u, its all good) Anyways, back onto my topic.

The number one rule about healthy eating is to eat in moderation: Which means, yes, you can have that chocolate cake that you are dying to scarf down, just only scarf down a little bit of it.

Rule number two: Eating chips or cheeze-itz after school with your favorite soda is probably not the best idea. Why dont you just try to eat an orange or some pretzel sticks with water. The truth is that that soda you love so much, or really any fruity or fizzy drink, is not going to quench your thirst like water will. And I know, those chips or candy or cookies are just so good! But, sure, sometimes after school those things are good, but everyday, not so much. And I'm not saying that u cant ever havve cookies or chips or anything like that, but like I said in rule one, eat it in moderation.

Rule number three: Late night snacking, not good either. No, i'm not going to say anything like "its gonna give you bad dreams!!" or something dumb like that, because they dont. duh...anyways, late night snacking is one of the hardest things to avoid, because its at night when we seem to crave the most sweets and such like that. So when it gets to around 8 o'clock, try not to eat any snacks, an orange or something small like that would be ok, or even popcorn some nights, would also be ok.

Rule four & final rule: Salting foods. I know its practically irresistible, but salting things with excessive amounts is so bad for you. Can cause your blood pressure to raise, now, I'm not saying that the minute you salt your food your blood pressure is gonna rise or anything like that, no, because its not. But it COULD happen.
