Okay, so this entry is about excercising (hence the title :D) anyways, these are a few tips and "tricks" that can help u with loosing that extra weight or just plain get healthy!

So one thing for some lazy people who hate excercising is go ask a friend to hang out, and instead of going to that persons house to do stuff that could be tempting (like eating) go for walk, just walk around your neighborhood, do tht every so often and you will be well on your way to the bod u want.

When you and friend decide you kinda want to kick it up a bit race to one side of the street, me and my friends do this a lot! 

Another thing you could do, thats actually kind of fun, is yoga. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, "yuck! yoga? Yeah right... -clicks on exit-" but stop your mouse for a moment. Yoga can actually be really relaxing and higher you're metabolism, not by much, but it does a little bit, which is good because that means you can eat more! But dont, cuz thts not a good idea :D haha! Anyways, many yoga moves you can do are the tree, the cat-cow, half moon, hold yourself up on ur shoulders (like on the wii fit) the wii fit game has really good excercises that you could do for fun.

If you are really serious about losing weight, then jogging is the best thing to do. I know that sit ups can give you abs, but when you have fat covering the abs, those aren't going to work. You need to add the jogging in with sit-ups and pushups. Heres my schedule thats been working for me:

-Warm up for 15 minutes (butterfly stretch, diamond, spreading my legs and touching the ground, pike, etc.)

-Jog for about 30 minutes (mixture between jogging and walking)

-Sit-ups and push-ups

-Yoga, but later on in the day

-Jumping jacks after

DONE for the day, but i only do this 3-4 days a week, taking a break every other day.
