SKINCARE: Natural remedies for Eye bags, dark circles, fat pads, eyebrow/eyelash growth

Skincare: Natural Remedies for Eyes/Eyebrows/Eyelashes

I am one of those girls who aspires to look great with makeup off, as well as on. I feel that, essentially, if your face is smooth, and treated outside of makeup, then regardless of what you do, in terms of make up , you'll end up looking 30x better.  Part of my skincare series, I'm beginning with natural things that have been tested and seem to have a reputation for working with people with the problems of eye bags, eye fat, dark eye circles, lack of eyebrow hairs, and small eyelashes.  Those of you with eye bags, should still seek to drink water and get plenty of rest, so that these are even more effective. Those of you seeking to grow eyebrows or eyelashes, it's recommended that you use a mascara wand, a qtip, or the small medical toothbrushes to brush your folicles and stimulate them, as well as get as close to the base of the eyelash. That being said , let's get to the products shall we?

Vitamin C:

What it helps with:

protects from free radicals formed during exposure to UVA/UVB radiation

synthesizes collagen

inhibits synthesis of melanin (brighten complexion)

promotes wound healing

controls inflammation

prevents future damage

What it does:
Essentially, it helps the skin get rid of damage from aging and the sun. It works for all skin types, and can be taken orally in pill form or orally via powder. You can also make a skin serum with it and use it under sunblock. The reason why it's under eye care is that it can help reduce dark eye circles. Used on all skin types, it can be found in many forms , powdered form will allow you to create serums and drinks so that it's better absorbed.

Vitamin K

What it helps with:

spider veins

rosacea symptoms

dark eye circles

broken capillaries

What it does:

Used on all skin types, for all body parts. It is a botanical extract (liquid/gel form).

What it helps with:

metabolise and transport fat

improve physical performance and endurance

improve mental acuity and reaction time

What it does:

Lecithin acts as an emulsifying ag ent, enabling fats and other lipids to be dispersed in water. Theoretically, lecithin is a solubilizing agent for fat and so it can remove fat. Liquid/gel form. Can be used pure.

What it helps with:

Dark circles around the eyes

What it does:

This natural powder works to activate an enzyme that breaks down the accumulation of coloured degradation products of hemoglobin around the eyes. It penetrates through both the dermis and epidermis. For all skin types.

Other dark eye circle remedies:

Grape Seed Proanthocyanidins

Green Tea Extract with EGCG

Horse Chestnut

These can be brought at where i will be buying my lecithin and vitamin C. I will post a blog about that when it comes around. These are all natural substances, meaning they are derivatives of either animals or plants. These substances can be used purely with no side-effects, however, it's best when checking out skinactives to read how they prefer you to use these products under the usage tab.

For eyebrow/Eyelash growth:

Castor Oil helps

Organic Apricot oil

Bamboo Lash and Brow

Rapid Lash (not naturally occuring)

Skinactives: Brow and Lash serum with KGF

*I have heard reviews that skinactives + rapid lash yield great results*

The next portions in order will be:

Skin Peels and Exfoliation

Oral Vitamins, Pros and Cons

Types of Baths and their Benefits

Sunblock /Sunscreen
