So, Im just getting started here and going by what i see from other bloggers. Just type to get things of the chest right? So im in college, and i'm on Christmas break.. too bad it will be over in a couple days. So i've been very concerned about my weight, im not over weight but im just not confident with by image. We all kno how it is " I'll wait until next week, or its best to start on Mondays" are the words we use just to procrastinate. I will be back at school in a few days which mean I must get back to being focused!! This whole break I have just let myself go, eating whatever, whenever. I just tell myself that when I get back to school I'll began to diet again. But there is some concern there. Im worried that since i've let myself go at home, will it be harder for me to focus again when I get back to school? Instead of going crazy, should I have prepared my body for the change in food habits that are soon to come?
