Makes around two
glasses and goes on for around four to five days in the cooler in a fixed
cup of freshly cut dill
cup of chopped basil
cups of cooked chickpeas
cup of tahini
tbsp. of olive oil
cloves of minced garlic
tbsps. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
tbsps. of filtered water
– 8 drops of your favorite hot sauce
tsp. of ocean salt to taste
all the ingredients in a blender on medium speed until mixture is smooth but
somewhat nutty. If the mixture looks too thick, add more water and blend
for 10 minutes and allow flavors to circulate properly.
