Make a point of consuming high-quality, nutrient-rich foods that your body will be able to use. Lean proteins are an excellent option, as are dark leafy greens. Both of these things can help you to tone your body.


Try to avoid saturated fats and processed foods as much as you can. These kinds of foods will only get in the way of your weight loss goals.


Monitor Your Progress

“Make sure you track the progress that you're making. If you see that you are losing weight and building muscle tone, you'll be motivated to stick to your workout,” explained CC.

Instead of obsessing over the scale, you should use measuring tape to monitor your body. You may also want to invest in some sort of fitness tracker.
