1. Be Proud of Who You Are

You’ve learned from your former self, and that knowledge will carry you into the future. Make note of the things you’re thankful for, and all of the small successes you’ve experienced. Remaining optimistic will only help you become stronger, allowing you to fully embrace who you are and who you will become.
2. Make the World a Better Place
Do you ever read about a tragedy and feel helpless? When you see others struggling and feel as if there’s nothing you can do to help, it’s hard to feel like anything in the world is beautiful or fulfilling. You don’t have anything to lose by using your own two hands to contribute to the wellbeing of others. It costs nothing to volunteer at a homeless shelter or sign up for a disaster relief team. You’ll see the things you’re doing improve the lives of others and enrich the world.
3. Take Small Steps to Accomplishing Your Goals
You can’t move mountains overnight, but you can at least give them a little nudge. Think about the most important thing you’d like to accomplish, even if it seems to be little more than a pipe dream. Every day, do a little something to further that goal or refine the necessary skills to accomplish it. Even if you only spend ten minutes a day working toward that goal, that’s 70 minutes of week you would have spent doing something less important to you.
4. Have a Great Sex Life
Studies often find that women aren’t having as much sex as they’d like to have. Society has come a long way, and it’s no longer as much of a taboo to admit that women need a little love, too. Doing the deed boosts endorphins responsible for happiness and confidence. If you don’t have someone to do the deed with, you can always handle things on your own.
