Many people these days seem to have trouble with their apperance and being shy because their self conseouise (excuse me for my spelling) or just getting the emotional boost they need to loose weight for them to be healthy
here are 3 steps that helped me out along the way with loveing the way i look and not careing what people thought
1. When you wake up in the morning or get out of the shower go straight to a mirror and say "I am beautiful, I am sexy, I am Confident."
Telling yourself that your beautiful sexy or confident at least once a day will slowly boost your ego even if you dont think it will!
2. set up a wishlist on your faviorte site of things you've always wanted to fit into or never had the courage to wear
this will help you set up a goal not just to be more confident or to loose the weight you want
3. Try doing something you would never dream of in your life!
it helps you figure out "Yeah i can do this!"
