So this wii fit strength training is no joke! I thought it was going to be a breeze after doing Insanity, but nope! It still hurt like a workout should. I am glad that I did it. I worked out for about 40 minutes and I'm trying to make sure I workout more than 30 minutes a day. I don't know what's wrong, but my my left arm started sending out sharp pain as I went into the pushups I had to do. Then I attempted to do these side twist and my arm kept giving out on me. I mean it would just go down by itself sending intense pain. I am so happy that I am not left handing because I am supposed to be going bowling this week and that would ruin those plans!
Even if you think the workout is boring, or not difficult DO IT! Something is always better than nothing in the world of exercise! Push yourselves to the limit and together we can make America a better "Average" size than it is now.
