So today was the last workout in my first month. Tomorrow is the official last day of my first month, but that is my day of "rest". Not that I have had "rest" since I stated this.
Next week is a Recovery Week!! Then it's another 4 weeks!! uhhh so ready to be done! SO ready to start another round, so ready to get hip hop abs! So ready for classes to start!!
Crying before a workout is not recommended, I ended up with a migraine and then I was so upset aboutmy crying that I almost caused myself to pass out! I really pushed myself. So much so that I hurt my right knee and thankfully found my knee brace. I wore that the rest of the workout. My arms are sore again, but I held the plank through most of the last things because i felt nauseous.
I don't want to think about these workouts anymore. I know I can get through them and even though weeks 5-8 is going to be even harder I know I can do it. I just have to give it my best shot.
Plus since I'm doing some runs in Sept, Oct, Nov, and possible December I want to make sure that I am in really good shape.
