I'm pushing through the pure cardio workout when "OWWW" my abs just start burning and I have to pause and stretch it out until it feels better. Coudn't do anything for my legs, they hurt no matter what I did. I kept going and worked hard to finish that workout. The only thing I still have issues with is stupid plank stuff. I do like the push up jacks a lot more now.
In the Cardio Abs section I was so happy. I was actually able to do more of the leg lifts. It felt really good to do and I know that I am working these abs because I felt them on fire and they are still hurting. My thighs are also working and I love love love it!!
I'm really hungry now! Time to shower and eat!
