So I really don't feel like moving after that workout! My legs were already sore from pushing it yesterday that I did not want to do it today, but you know what!? I did do it! I made it through, barely, but I made it.
I really need to find a solution to these pushups, it's frustrating not being able to hold myself for level 1 drills because my wrist start burning. Ski abs was not fun and i was upset because I had did pushups, but couldn't hold myself for he ski abs and I actually like those. I really dislike in and out, ski down, and really any other pushup type thing.
I just looked at over 500+ before and after pics and that gave me a ton of motivation. I know what i want from this and I know how to get it. My goal will be reached and I know others can do it too. Just believe in yourself! 3 more days of Insanity in this week! It is so exciting!
