Whoa, wow. Talk about some crazy resisting. I was trying to resist my body wanting me to stop! Now I did really well on the power jumps and globe jumps. I normally do not really go hard on those because they are exhausting, but I said it is interval training, lets go! I noticed that I'm pushing myself more this week since it is the last week of this first month! I really want to see what that core cardio and is going to be like in week 5. There is a full week of that crud and I have a feeling that it will not be too fun.
I find that I am hungry more so than normal so I am assuming that my metabolism has finally picked back up. I used to have a crazy fast metabolism from midde - high school. I could eat pretty much anything and still be extra tiny....well until the medical problem started.
Can't wait to go grocery shopping tonight! Ready to fill my fridge back up with some fruits and veggies. I have been craving them like crazy!!
I'm hoping that my work really does pay off. I mean I noticed some changes already, but I really need to get this weight off me too. I've only been checking my weight everytime there is a fit test, but there's not another one until week 6. I did that so I wouldn't become obsessed with the scale. It sits right in my hallway and I always want to know what it says, but that just makes me go nuts, so I decided this way was better. I had already lost lbs and inches which I'm glad about, but (dr. pepper song) I want more more more of that fabulous body I am working for! lol
