Whew, Pure Cardio and Cardio abs are something else. I took about a 15 minute break in between the two and omgosh.
I think it's funny that I say Pure Cardio is the most difficult for me when it's the one I take the least breaks in.
Now cardio Abs is really tough for me. I did go further time wise than I did before. My legs and abs are killing me from it. That has got to be the real ab factor right there because that pain is just unbelievable!
Today I did have some pain in the lower left side of my back and this time my right knee was hurting during the workout. I used to wear a knee brace when I worked out and I know I have one, but I don't know where it is and I really don't want to search for anything. I always feel like it needs to be popped.
I love having my clothes soaked! Makes me feel like I'm doing something right. I even wore a sweat band today and that was soaked within the first 10 minutes.
No matter how much it hurts during the workouts I know I got to do it. As long as it doesn't cause any problems in my daily life I know I will be okay. I still can't really do push-up things, but I do try. My arms burn and I collapse from it. I feel so weak when I do those and it upsets me so much that I do another lol.
I wish I could have a workout party, but the clothes I workout in...well I just wouldn't feel comfortable letting anyone else see me in them. Maybe in August! I told myself that once I get my abs back I will show off my scar. I want my scar to have a good looking home!
