Okay Okay so the results are in! Lets see what's going on: I really thought this was going to be WAY easier, but nope, still just as hard as the first time.
1. Switch Kicks: 98 = +15 from week one!!
2. Power Jacks: 53 = +8
3. Power Knees: 98 = +2
4. Power Jumps: 31 = +6
5. Globe Jumps: 9 = +0
6. Suicide Jumps: 14 = +1
7. Push Up Jacks: 24 =+5
8. Low Plank Oblique: 45 = + 14
I feel I did a great job overall. Was upset about the globe jumps because I really wanted to get more in, but my legs were on fire!!
I have already lost a couple lbs and some inches in places!!! How exciting!! I know I could have lost more weight, but I had a couple of bad eating days! :-/
After seeing results in just two week and not gaining more weight I know that I can look great in the next month & a half !! Can't wait for day 63!!! I will definitely be celebrating!!
Tomorrow is the Plyometric Cardio circuit and I am so ready for that! I'm really just ready to be done with the first month, but from what I hear once I get into month 2 I'll be wishing I was still in month 1. lol
