WOOOOT I did it! I was so nervous about it, but I made it through! Pure Cardio wasn't as bad as it was last time!! Yes I still struggled in a lot of areas, but I did it. I even did the Jack push ups!! That's an accomplishment since I don't really try to do push up because of my wrist. Maybe as the pounds fall of it will be easier for me to do them!!
AAAAAMAZING is how I feel right now. I just want to do flips off a STAGE!!!
Thursday after my next set of Pure Cardio I don't think I will be saying that considering I have Cardio Abs (which I have yet to see) on the same day as Pure Cardio! YIKES!!
It will probably end up being one of my favorite workouts knowing how crazy I am.
Yes I still have this stupid cough, but today it didn't really affect my workout like last time. I'm getting better at breathing in my exercises, that was a big issue for me the first few days. I'm so ready to see the new workout (Cardio Abs)!! uhh got to wait though.
I love these workouts even though they are really challenging for me. The burning in my thighs, shoulders, abs, and calves are proof that I'm doing something right. Pain never felt so good!!
