Yeah so I have been feeling ill since last Monday and yesterday after I got to meet two Olympic athletes I felt worse. I felt so bad I ended up falling asleep around 6pm. Then I woke up around 1 am and stayed up until 9 before taking a nap and waking up at 2pm hoping that I would feel better, but I don't.
This cough is really annoying because it makes me stomach hurt and my rib cage. I know I should probably go get checked out,but I just can't afford that right now.
On the up and up I did do my workout. I had a hard time in the middle of it because of a cough attack, but I pushed through. I am happy to say that I did do the sets of 8 squat jumps and 8 push ups! Those were so hard for me last time that I just held a low plank throughout. Now I did hold a low plank during the moving push up this time, only because last time I got extreme rug burns.
I looked at my schedule and tomorrow is PURE CARDIO :-/ Since I got pretty nauseos last time and since I think it's the toughest workout I am mad that it makes me nervous. I will do it tomorrow, I just hoped this cough would be gone before I had to do it again.
Good luck to everyone out there on their weight loss journeys. I do have a little progress already, but nothing will be reported until the end. Whether that end be that 60day mark or that 120 mark. We will see how it goes.
Thank you to Melanie Rummel (aka MamaRu) for cooking so many healthy meals while I was with you. You don't know how much you have helped me. Although I didn't do much of the healthy eating and at times it may have seemed I didn't listen, but I definitely heard everything you said and it is being implemented into my daily life now.
