Ow ow ow owwwwwww!!!
So I did pure cardio and although I get further each time without needing a break it is still difficult. I can't stand doing switch kicks and those moving push up are intense!!
Now I did the Cardio Abs right after I finished my Pure Cardio and boy am I sore. My abs are wanting some ice to sooth the burn!! I know that will definitely give me the abs I want! Now my arms are pretty dead from having to hold up my body to do these crazy plank ab things they have you do. For my first time doing that video I think I did a good job. I tried to keep up with them, but I realized my postion was wrong and then I really started to feel it more. I had to take rest, but I kept going even if it was slower. uuhhhh what a workout!!
Today is the last day of Week 2 since tomorrow is a rest day, but I will go jogging/ walking for an hour like last week. This time I will actually post about it and anything I see so that I can keep a record of doing something on Fridays.
I'm excited for Saturday because I will do my next fit test (every two weeks) and take some measurements to see what all has changed and I can already see some change in my face so I know there's some elsewhere just not sure how much.
