My knee popped twice during this and it felt oh so good!
The muscle work in this is rather instense. My thighs and shoulders were burning wanting to be set free. I'm trying to do the push up position stuff, but wow, my arms are super weak now. I remember in middle and highschool I loved to lift weight, but I don't think I can handle much now if I can't even handle push up positions!
Insanity has been a trip so far and I'm hoping by August I will have what I want, but even when I get it, I will do another workout! Then another, then another, and probably come back to Insanity!! I just want to remain healthy forever! I told myself I would in Middle School, but I don't want to ever have to put my body through what it's going through now ever again.
I still love to workout and I love how I feel after I get through it. I just don't want to have so much fat to where doing the workouts make me feel like crap. I don't want to be jiggling, I want to be just hurting! geez! hahah
