Okay....I guess I was just really sore from yesterday because I swear it seemed like this one hurt way more than it did before. Uhhh, but my arms hurt more because I actually did more pushups! Ski Abs are really tough and I hate that I don't have a mirror so that I could see my body to see if I'm doing it right.
Other than my wrist issues one of my knees has been try to give me trouble throughout the day! It's so retarded. You would think that the pain would come while I'm working out! Nope not this pain. Comes when I'm not!! It's not super painful or anything, just surprising when it happens.
My back has been feeling much better since I started working out. I was starting to get my back spasms again, but I haven't had any problems lately since day one! Guess my body likes healthy food and working out.
I love how I made beef stew yesterday only to end up eating mostly the carrots and green beans!! lol Those carrots were just amazing! I really want some more carrots now.
Time to shower, eat, and hit the hay!!
