So I have been doing my workouts too late. Yesterday I had to because of Spanish and today I did because I took too long of a "nap" earlier today and didn't get a chance to do all the other things I needed to do.
Honestly the hardest part about these workouts is that darn warm up! I just feel so stiff when I start out doing it, but after the second time I feel a little better. I don't feel absolutely normal until after we stretch...just seems weird to start movement without stretching first.
For these past 3 days I have been having an apple right after (even though I'm really hungry) and then just showering and going to bed. I remember my ex would always tell me to just go to bed if it were really late and I was hungry. It works. Then you don't run the risk stuffing your face before bed and having all that weight just settle in your body. Gross.
Now lets talk about those pesky power jumps. What do you think about them? They are on all the tv ads, so if you haven't seen what they are just google insanity power jumps and I'm sure you will get lots of videos. I actually felt really good doing them this time. I noticed that a lot of the people were doing them a different way from the way I was doing them last time. I tried it and I like it a lot more.
I'm really excited about my future body and I'm more than ready to give up all my favorites. I'm angry about the fat now. I want it off of me. I want to feel comfortable in a swim suit, jeans, and dresses. I don't like the way I look and I'm going to do what it takes to change it!!
Oh and in case you were wondering....YES I AM SORE! Then again I had my ice skating lesson tonight and a stage combat class earlier in the day so it was like I did 3 workouts.
