Okay so you know how I go on a jog/walk on Fridays. Yeah so everything is cool for the first like 7 minutes. Then I started to realize how thirsty I was. I mean I started craving water. That is when I realized that I was dehydrated....Not good!
I started feeling weak in my legs during my last stretch home. I had to slow down to a fast walk instead of a jog. My legs were wobbly and I was getting light headed. I then changed the song on my Ipod to an upbeat one and made my legs move. Luckily I made it to my stairs, but like an idiot I ran up them to hurry and open my door. Bad move because my oh so favorite knee decided to scream at me. Now my leg is in pain and I will have to ice it down for tomorrow.
I'm excited for tomorrow and I know it's probably a bad idea, but I just can't let this knee thing stop me. I've had similar pain in the other leg so I will just ice it more (because I keep forgetting) and hope it gets better. It's dumb that it only hurts if it's bent that way! Makes me so frustrated!
O well. Time to down some more water. So glad I made it home safely. The good news is that if I went down, there was an elderly couple walking my way.
