Alrighty! I finished all the workouts in my Recovery Week. Tomorrow is my day of rest when I go jogging.
My hip flexors really hurt way more than they have in the previous ones and the under side of my arms were burning which is where most of the fat gross is! YAY!! I was really happy when I felt that area burning and I actually started moving my arms faster to increase the burn lol.
I'm nervous and excited about the next month, but I have to do my jogging tomorrow evening or I will be very upset with myself. Trying to decide if I will do 1 or 2 laps. Took me 30 min, maybe I'll just focus on trying to lower the time over the next month.
I can't believe I am half way there!! What an exciting workout regime! What energy I have! This is fabulous! hehe
OH and I can't suck in very much anymore, but I don't have my abs popping out yet, but my stomach has gone down! Woot Woot!
