Push Push Push! You can do it!
That's all I could keep telling myself today.
I did my workout earlier than I normally do since I was off of work.
I love doing it earlier in the day, but I also like working out when it's cooler outside
which doesn't make sense due to it being an indoor workout. Yes I am slightly crazy.
I found out what two workouts give my knee the problem and I did something different today
and my knee was fine for the whole workout. I'm certain that i have problem when that leg bends
in a certain way because that's when it hurts. Maybe I put too much of my weight on it in the beginning
when I wasn't supposed to be putting weight on that leg. I think I was leaning backwards because my lower
back started bothering me on one side. I'm just glad I was able to finish it today without any major pain. Well...
unless you count these burning shoulders, which I would like to point out that i did not drop them today!!
It was extremely painful, but I put it all in my abs (as he says to do) and was breathing deeply to make it through.
I'm really loving my mostly fruits and veggies and not very much bread eating style. I wish I could actually
make more healthy food, but the healthier it is the more it costs and I just don't have the funds for that right
I feel much more energized today, like I could fly if I wanted to. It's such a wonderful feeling! Working out is very invigorating!
Let's get in the groove of working out and make this a lifestyle change!
