Yeah so you know how I was in pain yesterday from this Core Cardio and balance crud...well I felt that burn early on in this one and so by the time i got to the one where it did me in yesterday I was ready to cry! I did squat lower into it this time to give my thighs a better burn. I know I'm crazy, but I need my thighs to look good again!!
Yes my shoulders, thighs, and abs still burn! Very good core workout! My balance is so much better and I love that. I am also able to stretch much further than I was when I started! I'm so awesome! lol
If you haven't done Insanity, but you're thinking about it you definitely should!!
It is a great workout! There is a guy who runs marathons who is in the videos and has trouble
keeping up so I know if you like running this would be good for you too!
In my opinion I believe this would make anyone a better athlete!
Now it's time to eat something healthy! Woot!
