Well I was happy when I started out in this workout because we didn't do the same ol' warm up we have been doing. I was actually doing alright until the last maybe 10 min. I should have known it was going to get harder when he said to save energy for the end. I was like, please, but now I know better. My shoulders are really burning and I know doing this everyday for a week is going to have me in PAIN for sure! I love how Shaun T called the Hip Flexor Burn something else, but I read what the workout is when it comes up on the bottom of the screen. Trying to make it sound better than it is! Can't believe him!! My hip flexors were definitely on fire. I was like that black guy, stopping and stretching wishing it were over! lol
So when we went into the shoulder work I was fine at first. He said squat down and flap your arms up and down. I was like okay, just like on the Wii that bird game I played. Then it just got crazy after that. I thought my arms were going to run away from me because of so much pain.
I don't know how I am going to get through a week of doing this!! So much pain all around! I should give it to my bro and watch him do it! lol
I know some people will be on Recovery week soon....be ready to really use that core!! Woo woo!
