I felt horribly all day yesterday! Well until after this workout. It was Max Recovery! Thank goodness too, I don't think I would have made it if I would have had to do something else. I had a fever, a migraine, and I felt really nauseous! The only reason I did it is because I have a schedule to keep! Plus I don't want to let myself down. I was really suffering during the workout because everything I had to put my head down and come back up my head seemed to pound more. All of the plank work did not help either!
Surprisingly enough I actually did more of the plank stuff than I have before. It's driving me crazy because I noticed that my left arm has a little more definition than my right! That's just weird!! After I worked out and took a shower I took my temperature again and it had dropped and I was fine. I still had a slight headache, but it went away not too long after I ate.
It really is amazing how much a workout can do for you! It's crazy to me!
I can't wait to do some grocery shopping today to get healthy food again!
Seriously if I can workout when I have a fever and feel horrific, then no one else has any excuses!
Also I will hopefully have a car by the end of the day today/early tomorrow. I have a car that I have to wait until almost 6pm to see, but I am going around to the other small places and craigslist ads. Don't worry I have my Pepper Spray with me!
