So today was another one of those wild days I have been having. This workout just really helped release the high stress I was feeling. I love that working out does that. Max Cardio Conditioning had me drenched in sweat. My legs and abs were really burning this time and I don't remember it burning this much.
Took a shorter break in between this and cardio abs, about 15 minutes so that I can get to writing my list for my car hunt tomorrow. It's going to be a very interesting day! Just hope I can find my title to mine so I can get the check for my car that was totalled.
Cardio abs was well, an ab workout! I love doing this because that's what I really want, but it is rough! It burn burn burns!!! It makes me feel great afterwards though! My thighs get a nice burn too! I noticed that I can feel the muscle on the outside of my thigh again, well I mean I could always feel it, but it is toned more now! I am so happy. Now I just got to get the fat off the rest of my thighs! lol
This is weird, I just looked at my left arm and noticed that I have more definition in it that in my right arm! :-/ meh I guess that's good since I'm right handed, I need to get that left arm into shape! ha
Insanity has been so exciting along the way! I'm so ready for the next thing!
