So I went to 3 dance sessions today and they were fabulous, but then I realized that I still had to do my Insanity workouts today and so I ended up doing practically two whole workouts. They were both fun
Max interval Plyo today was better than it has been. I am still having some issues with my left wrist and up in my left arm too. I don't know why it keeps hurting but I will get it checked out soon enough. My neck is feeling better overall, but sometimes when I wake up it is still stiff. I think that it will heal on it's on, but if it's not better by the end of my Ultimate Reset then I will go to a doctor. I know that's a while from now, but I'd rather wait it out.
The rest of my workout seemed easier for me, could be because I was already warmed up, but I definitely was able to push myself more than usual and that's always a plus. Now that I am sitting here with my shoulders burning I am feeling my stomach growl for some food. I ate around 3 so my body is in dire need of sustanance.
You keep pushing through the pain, even when your body is screaming and telling you no more! You say I can do it and keeping going through it!
