I did not feel like myself when I woke up from a nap today. I could taste my food so I went to go take a drink of my Ruby Red grapefruit juiceand I almost vomited that up. It tasted like beer! I poured it out and at the bottom was all this white powdered stuff and that just made me feel worse. I checked the expiration date and it didn't expire until NEXT YEAR! I'm really upset about it because that's one of my favorite drinks and it was a full bottle of it. I would have taken it back to the store, but I didn't even want to bother with that hassle.
For my Fit TEST #4 Results (compared to last time):
1. Switch Kicks: 97 = -4
2. Power Jacks: 61 = +1
3. Power Knees: 120= +10
4. Power Jumps: I can't do power jumps right now, so I did alternating knees 110
5. Globe Jumps: 11 = +0
6. Suicide Jumps: 17 = +2
7. Push Up Jacks: 26 =+1
8. Low Plank Oblique: 63 = + 13
I feel pretty great about these results and I once again took about a 30 min break before I started my actual workout.
So I am kind of dissapointed, I finished this workout, but my left wrist was killing me! I feel that I didn't get the full effect of the workout! Ha, first I complain about pain of the workouts, now I'm complaining because I couldn't engaged in as much pain. lol.
Alright so other than that the workout was great, the fit test....as I said before, I was feeling horrible, but after I took the break in between I felt better. As for my results...nothing has changed. I have not lost weight, gaines weight or anything. I have lost some more inches in a couple of places, but that's about it. I'm actually just happy that I have lost weight because a lot of people have said they didn't lose anything. I don't know how you wouldn't unless you just pig out all the time and don't eat right. I actually think that's why I haven't lost much. I've been slacking the past week and before that I had felt much better overall. So once I get to do some grocery shopping again, I think I will be okay for the last two week. My goal is to be down in the next set of digits for my weight. So close only 3 more lbs to get there and I should be able to lose 6 or more in these last two weeks! I will try my best!!
