Wow today overall just was not a good day. Stayed in bed until an hour before work because my neck was so stiff. Then I luckily was able to get off of work early, but I ended up getting rear ended by a truck and he pushed me into another vehicle. So since today was Max Recovery I decided to do that and I believe that it was a great idea. I didn't really have any trouble or really any pain throughout it so it was nice.
Now that i am done with it the pain is starting to slowly flow back into my body.
The workout itself was a little challenging for me since I was still kind of shakey from the accident, but I managed to pull through. I did more of the side planks than before and was able to do more of the high plank, low plank switch off. My arms and abs definitely got the most workout and I am very happy about that.
I'm not typing much today because I'm running late due to the accident and calling insurance companies.
Be careful out there, it's a rough world!
