Woot I got through Max Cardio Conditioning without feeling sick! I actually felt stronger! My obligues definitely got more of a workout this time! I think it was easier because I was so focused on my abs. I really want my obligues to get the workout they need because that's the nasty side fat I want gone! It has gone down a good deal already, but I don't want to poke through fat to feel my abs so I'm really working this stomach. I can't wait until later this week when I have to do both Max Cardio and Cardio abs. I know I will be screaming!! It will be wonderful! lol
My arms are burning and I'm super proud of myself because I did way more of the plank work this time than the first time. I am so glad that I can see and feel the improvement in my body and workouts. I'm hoping by the next fit test I will have lost even more inches and some more weight! Definitely need to stop eating so late, but I get hungry at the weirdest times. I don't eat a lot throughout the day either. Actually most of the time i forget to eat later on, then it's really late by the time I remember.
I'm so happy with my achievements in this workout so far. I treat it like a video game, I just have to keep working and working to try and be the best. I can beat out some of them in certain things, but then I have to pace myself, then come back in for the kill. BAHAHHA

And in case you were wondering I did get a sweat filled workout yesterday. I ended up walking a ton of places in 101 degree weather and heels! Decided it was better to just park my car further and get exercise and boy was it HOTT. :-)
