Hahaha this is that workout where everyone at the end is on the floor exhausted. I think this will probably end up being my favorite even though right now I have so much trouble with it. I was able to do more of the plank work today. The side suicides seemed somewhat easier and I did more of the full body workouts! YAY!! Improvement already!
Tomorrow is the Max Interval Plyo and I'm not a fan of plyometrics, but I know it will make me stronger. I normally blog before I shower and eat, but I knew I would be exhausted afterwards so I decided to make sure I showered and made dinner. I think I will be hitting the bed much earlier than normal tonight.
I actual realized that the Max Recovery yesterday, even though it burned like crazy really did help! My arms felt much better and I was able to push more. Now those plank punches whew, they tried to get the best of me today, but I said heck no! I figured that I can rest like the other people in the video and get back in there.
I'm really loving all the arm work because I miss having defined arms and I definitely could use the workout to get this fat off them! lol
Push Push push! That's the only way! Keep the abs tight and focus!
