I love it when something is called a Recovery, but hardly helps. I'm sure this Max Recovery just made my arms, shoulders, and thighs burn more than they did yesterday! I can't believe that i just did that many push up/held the plank for that long in a recovery. My wrist still cant handle all this stuff, but I have noticed that my arms are getting a little stronger. I am able to hold myself in the high plank longer and then if that hurts my wrist too much I just go to the low plank.
In this video there was a one-handed side plank that I couldn't really do because of how much it hurt my wrist, but I did try it!
Both of my arms are really burning right now while typing so I'm keeping this short!
The stretches will have you burning, the core workouts are really great, but will have both your thighs and abs burning, and then all the plank work of course will burn your arms and shoulders. I can't wait until I improve on this stuff! I know it will help me get those shapely arms I want! ^_^
