Omy word!! This shizz was bananas!!! What is Shaun T trying to do to me!? Seriously I almost lost my lunch on this one and I waited two hours. This was back to back to back workouts! I didn't know that it could be harder than the first two days, but this was just ridiculous! I can't believe I did that. I can't believe they did that! I can't believe I thought I was getting into shape...hecks no! I need to work work work more!
My shoulders, chest, abs and thighs are the ones that burn the most. I really think that Shaun T is crazy in the head! I don't even know how that group of people was able to do all that stuff. This know girl Mandy has some beastly arms! I don't know how she does all that crap! She was really hardcore with everything. Yeah she took breaks, but dang!
I am proud of myself for just finishing because I was really about to quit. I felt my food feel like it was coming up and you know I felt that back in week 2 I think it was. I couldn't believe that I was struggling that much, but it actually makes me happy. I know there is a lot of improving I can do and it makes me want to do a second round of this after I finish it. I'm having a really hard time deciding what to do.
I didn't know my body could hurt this much. I remember when I ran track in high school and started having my medical issues. I don't remember my body screaming at me this much...I do remember having a breathing issue though, but that is long gone. I am so glad that I have more endurance with these...that's really going to come in handy when I have do those 5Ks/obstacle courses in the coming months! I'm really stoked for those!
I've actually been really stressed lately and this has been helping me a lot. Now time to heat up some chicken to put in my salad! healthy healthy eating! Lets go!
