Max Interval Plyo?! More like Maximum PAIN!
I was screaming, close to crying. My shoulders were burning! Burn baby burn.
It doesn't help that I started off this morning sore! Depending on how I feel Friday I don't know if
I can do my jog. I think I will do some yoga stretches instead!
This workout has a lot of things in it that I struggled with. I was actually pretty good with the power
push ups, but my wrist kept popping with all the plank work. I liked the squat push ups too because they
were a challenge. It seems like we have been focusing more on the arms and shoulders. Yesterday already caused
the undersides of my arms to hurt.
I'm trying to wait to purchase anything (new clothes and such) until I am finished with my two months, but it's bad
my bras are loose now(thank goodness) and I tighten the straps all the way and they still don't feel right. I love that
I have noticeable differences in such a short amount of time. I can't wait until I am able to get Hip Hop abs and
Shakeology! I think by the end of this I will have little- no fat on my belly and then probably still an inch or two on
my sides. It's gone down a great deal already, but with all this stuff focusing on the obliques I know I will be good.
It stinks that i don't have very good upperbody strength because I have to modify a lot of the things in this video.
Side push ups were not working for me. I did 3 and collapse. So I went on my knees side ways instead. In the
balance push ups I ended up just holding high plank after failing at holding my body up while trying to put my arm
and leg out at the same time. It's alright though. I know I will get better at it.
Diamond jumps are no joke! You can just see Shaun T was ready to be DONE! lol Everyone else was too!
I liked seeing the new faces and having more people to challenge myself. That army guy was a beast!!!
Speaking of Beast, Beachbody has this new program called THE BEAST! For those who want to get bulky!
I am not one of those people, but I read that they have a close to same difficult version for those who want lean muscle too.Sounds like a good program for men! I know some women will love this too, just not me! lol
