First I will do the fit test results from today
1. Switch Kicks: 104 = +6 from last week!
2. Power Jacks: 60 = +7
3. Power Knees: 110 = +12
4. Power Jumps: 40 = +9
5. Globe Jumps: 11 = +2 I tied Tanya! What now! lol
6. Suicide Jumps: 15 = +1
7. Push Up Jacks: 25 =+1
8. Low Plank Oblique: 50 = + 5
I took a 30 minute rest before I started my actual workout: Max Interval Circuit
This workout was definitely no joke. Shaun T really knows how to work you out!
Now starting out I was all smiles. Happy to get to the new workout, excited about not doing the same warm ups,
and ready to get to the sets. Well the warm up had me really really warm. I was dripping sweat.
All the different workout movements we did were so crazy! Way too much plank work for me though. I know I will get better at that, but for now it is still too much. My wrist were really hurting so I had to get rest in. My shoulders defintiely burn from those. I actually really enjoyed all the different types of punches we did. It felt really good and I could really feel my abs working.
The floor switch kicks were one of the worse things for me, along with the full body workout, and really just anything where I had to get on the ground in plank position. I didn't think the plank punches were bad during the first round, but after going again....whew I was OUT! Definitely was not loving that burn....Pain throughout your whole body...boy that's rough.
I love at the end of the whole workout how everyone is collapsed on the floor! HAHAH You know it's rough when everyone is heavy breathing on the ground!
Good news. I haven't gained any weight! I lost some! I lost more inches throughout my body and my body fat % has dropped!! Ready to hit it up again tomorrow!! I'm just excited to see what new and crazy things I have waiting for me
Seriously...you really have to DIG DEEP to get through these.
Focus and stay strong everyone! We can lose this weight and get in shape together!!
