Wow I totally forgot about the ending of this workout until I got to the end of this workout. I realized it was the one with the hip flexor and shoulder burners. My abs were on fire for the most part of the workout and then at that end...wooo, Shaun T turned up the fire! I love it though, I love this one because I actually feel the burn and it feel so wonderful. Well of course not when you are doing it.
I think everyone should try to do hip flexor burners and the shoulder burners every other day. Just 30 second or a min each part and I think our legs and abs will be looking fabulous!
I always feel so energized after working out. I don't know if that is a good thing since I will probably start working out around 8 again just because of my air conditioner. I don't want to turn it on until it's closer to bed time.
Excited for the future....Now to stay away from all this junk food that my niece and nephew keep eating!
