Insanity has been revitalizing. I have definitely missed this. I remember how when I did it the first time I felt so horrible on the first few days, like I was going to pass out and vomit. Now I take less breaks, I can do more pushups, and my body doesn't ache as much. It probably also helps that I have changed my eating, but as of tomorrow I am going down to 900 cals. I was at 1300 before. My sodium will be dropped (I hope) to under 1500mg/day, and the sugar as low as possible.
Finishing the first week seems strange. It doesn't even seem like it took that long, but the way I see it is 3 more weeks until I get to the extremely insane, and then my "better be wonderful" results!
So glad I set it up to where Monday is my day off. Mondays are seriously the worst days for me, but I still want to do some type of workout. I'm worried if I do weights that I will be too sore for Tuesdays, but I may just have to try that.
Mud run is in 12 days and I don't know if I'm more excited or nervous about it. All I know is it sounds like a good excuse to get new running shoes! lol
If you want any tips on Insanity or working out in general just ask away.
