Alright, Hip hop abs was interesting, but not my cup of tea. I thought I would love it because it is dancing. Nope, it was too goofy for me. I liked it at first, but then it just got too annoying for me. I knew all the words to the workouts and all the facial expressions on the people they showed.
I started my Round 2 of Insanity today and the fit test went better than I expected for me being so sick 2 days ago. I have had a slight headache all day and then starting the workout it turned into a migraine. I still don't feel 100%, but getting back to Insanity had me have a smile on my face during the workouts.
It is not fun going from something so challenging to something less challenging. In my opinion I think Zumba is much more challenging than Hip Hop abs. I can't really do the Zumba. That crud is exhausting!! (Funny right, I can do Insanity, but not Zumba...lol)
I'm excited. I have a goal of 30 lbs by Christmas!! I lost 45 lbs in 4 months last time so I can do it again!
Please help keep me motivated. Please, if you come across nice, healthy! recipes please send them my way.
I love food substituations like healthy smoothies and such.
I have a mud run I am doing (runthejailbreak.com) on the 22nd of this month and I am hoping to goodness I will be able to do most of it.
