Hey ladies this is my first part out of eight of the back to school series. In this article I will be talking about whats in, best make-up products, ( drustore too) pimple advice, and diffrent looks.
Remember to use a cleanser and moisturizer twice a day, or cleanse once a day at night, and moisturizer in the morning and night if your skin is dry. Also you can use a spot treatment on acne, clean and clear has some of these. Try to get products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Also exfoliate 1-2 times a week, this helps with acne scars and get rid of dead skin cells that clog up pores. Your diet can also have an impact, if you eat chocolate, greasy foods, and salty stuff all the time, your acne is going to be worse. So start eating fruits and veggies. Also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, this flushes out toxins and hydrates you face and all over skin better. Dirty hats can also cause forehead acne, and also you cellphone, can cause acne on your cheek. Also if you have bangs on your face the oil from your hair goes into your pores. Change you pillow 1-2 times a week, theres alot of yucky stuff on there. Get lots of sleep and have a few relaxing day, cause stress can make you break out. Don't keep touching your face with your hands. Excersise can increase blood circulation which is good for your skin. Sweat can also make you break out. Always use an oil-free moisturizer. Learn your skin type. Green tea is so good for your skin its awesome, its got antixodiants. Natural things that are good for your skin is honey, yogurt, aloe vera gel, and oatmeal.
