I know there are probably hundreds of these, but i'm going to do it anyway.


 


Being healthy can make all the diffrence in your life, preventing illnesses, diseases, healthy hair, even skin/acne, and an healthy weight.


The number one thing to healthy life is a healthy diet.


The whole idea is portion control, and picking the right things.


 


Breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, its what fuels you for the whole day. Some ideas are egg whites, tomatoes with sprinkled pepper on it, all types of fruits, and peppers are good too. Whole grain toast with peanut butter. My favourite is non-flavoured oatmeal with sprinkled cinnamon, blue berries and some almonds. Get a breakfast with lots of fibre in it. Drinks ideas can be orange juice or milk.


 


Lunch: A sandwich- with lean meats, and 3 or more veggies such as lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes, also two slices of cheese. Lean meats include fish, and lean ham.


 


Dinner: Grilled chicken, with an hand full of two diffrent veggies, also some rice but not white rice, try to find good rice. Veggies can be cooked carrots, long beans, broccoli.


 


Snack #1: have this between lunch and dinner. My fave is an apple with three slices of cheese.


Snack #2: have this after dinner. but not right after. Smoothie! Mix it up. I like to throw in some ice, sliced bananas, berries, and some spinach. When you add some veggies to it, it sounds pretty gross but you can't even taste it.


 


Tips:


-Avoid starches such as pasta, white bread, and white rice.


-Drink a glass of water before each meal, that way after the meal you won't feel hungry still.


-Not only do fruits help with weight, skin etc, but they help prevents some cancers.


-Also do not eat anything two hours before bedtime, if you do you'll have a harder time sleeping cause your full of energy.


-We tend to gain more weight while under stress, so give a 'you' day may once a week.
