Keep a rich color like this from bleeding by tracing the lips with a liner that matches the natural color of your lips, then turn the liner on its side and use it to fill in your whole mouth.
For the most accuracy, paint on lipstick using a small, synthetic-bristle lip brush: Start in the center of the mouth and work the color out toward the edges and corners
