The Progress of country and Empowerment of the needy has always been the motto of every Government. Pursuing the same goal our Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has staunched this decision to strike off the usage of 1000 and 500 Rupee notes currency in India. It will directly affect the dissemination of black money and corruption, but it's also going to effect some of the regular ongoing activities. Let throw some light on benefits of this act the difficulties which would be faced by India or common people.
A Great Impact on the Wedding Industry : For the couples, who are going to get married in the coming times, this decision is just like a nightmare for them. In the case of the wedding, it would be a great challenge for people to manage essential stuff as a good amount of money is required for the overall arrangement. There will be a similar impact on the both families as far as the wedding ceremony is concerned. This great move could inconvenience the families planning weddings, the season for which starts in days.
The couples may suffer from many forms of other problems as well. And especially, when it comes to destination weddings niche sector, the prediction is that they will face more challenges in the coming months. The destination wedding industry will be adversely affected. For example, it would be a challenge to buy ornaments (gold & jewelry), gifts and other necessary items. Payment in cash won't be of much value as one can't exceed his daily limit. This gives a clear indication of how the families are going to face a lot of problems during the events.
The bride and the groom may face several difficulties in terms of buying clothes, gold and gift items etc.And unlike the urban areas, the impact will be seen more and more in rural areas where there is the lack of facilities available. It would be really interesting to see how reception or engagement parties will be managed. One of the most difficult problems will be the manpower since payment through cheques, demand drafts or other payment options would create an issue.
Now, how government tackles all these problems simultaneously, would be of great value.
